Nick grew up in Tualatin, Oregon. He earned his degree in business and finance from Oregon State University and was an active member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) fraternity. His education, combined with his strong work ethic, integrity, and strategic thinking, has equipped him with the skills necessary for success in real estate.

One of Nick’s standout qualities is his ability to build meaningful relationships. He has a wide network of friends and associates. People are naturally drawn to him, appreciating his personable nature and genuine interest in connecting with others.

Currently employed as a Project Engineer for a prominent regional builder, Nick is involved in overseeing a luxury multi-family apartment complex from its inception to completion. This hands-on experience provides him with invaluable insights into both residential and commercial building processes, enriching the knowledge he offers to his clients.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Nick has a strong interest in real estate investment.
