Within about 48 hours our dream home was listed, we made an offer, and it was accepted which meant that all of a sudden we needed to sell our home. We were not ready. Amy came to our home to meet with us and go over the home selling process. We were nervous, but we immediately knew we were in good hands. Amy came prepared with info about our home, explained the process to us and laid out the steps we'd be taking. She was easy to communicate with and was always quick to return a phone call or email. We followed Amy's advice and after about a two week period of "de-cluttering" and making some minor updates that would have for sure been called out on the home inspection (updating smoke detectors, servicing the furnace & AC, replacing aging water heater) our home was ready to be listed. Our home went on the market on a Thursday afternoon. Amy and her team quickly had about 20 private showings scheduled for that weekend. We received many offers, seven if I remember correctly, and we ended up selling the home WELL over the asking price. We'd always felt that part of selling a home is having an open house. It seems like that's the best way to get a lot of potential buyers into the home and hopefully drum up interest. Due to COVID, Amy suggested we only do private showings in order to limit the number of people in our home at one time and to have better control over the safety of the environment. What that says to me is that Amy put the safety of my family, and even the safety of strangers, above profit, which is a big deal to us. Selling a home is stressful and Amy removed about as much of the stress as possible. We absolutely, 100% recommend that anyone thinking of selling their home contact Amy. If you're lucky, you might find a realtor as good as Amy, but you'll NEVER find one who's better! - patmoore81
